Explained below are some general strategies we use in creating client work as well as gathering client information.

When designing client work, we feel the brainstorming stage is of the utmost importance in the development of ideas. One of the ways we’ve found success is to use cultural relevancy in our work. When we tie different cultures into our work it acts subliminally and makes the message extremely effective and universally accessible. It grabs the buyers’ attention and binds our common human condition and traditions. The end result is an extremely effective message.



The gathering of client information is an important step that can’t be emphasized enough. Delphium Design has a unique strategy in gathering the quantity of information needed from a client without impeding their busy schedule. We put time and effort into our research of the company we are designing projects for. We try to interview or speak with the owner or managers of the company we are working with to get a sense of their common business procedures. This enables us to get an accurate picture of client expectations and leads us to an accurate proposal for the client. At Delphium, we use a five stage process in order to ascertain the needs of the client correctly.

Stage 1:

The client fills out our simple yet comprehensive work request form.

Stage 2:

In this stage we gather materials the client may wish to continue using. This lets us work from content that already may exist but that needs updating or revitalization.

Stage 3:

In this stage we present the first round of our ideas to the client. This lets us gage our progress in our overall production and expectations of the client request. This also allows the client to request any first round changes to the project they may deem necessary.

Stage 4:

This is the presentation of the second round to the client. This stage allows the client to make any further changes to the project.

Stage 5:

The final stage is the presentation of the final project. This marks the end stage in our involvement with that particular client project. At this stage we hand over all work to the client.
